With the Canadian Electrical code being updated every 3 years, it’s important that you hire a professional electrical contractor who is proficient in residential basement development wiring and is up to date with the moist recent electrical code requirements.  Wiring a basement development is not a job for the handyman or do-it-yourselfer.  An electrical permit and inspections (rough and final inspections) are always required when wiring your basement.

  • Arc fault protected circuits

  • Proper circuit wiring back to the electrical panel.
